W-Series Aqueous Cleaning Technology

Single chamber immersion system features waste water free operation with Aquaclean fluids. Injection flood washing for removal of chips, two stages of immersion cleaning, and hot air drying under vacuum ensure perfectly clean parts. Stainless steel construction and modular design feature expandable chamber capabilities as cleaning requirements increase.

C-Series Hydrocarbon Cleaning Technology

Environmentally friendly, non-chlorinated hydrocarbon part cleaning system. The Ecoclean C-Series agitates parts within the first and second cleaning steps dislodging debris , followed by a vapor de-greasing step and ending in a drying stage with all steps working under a vacuum for enhanced performance.

P-Series Polar Cleaning Technology

A mixture of contaminants can be removed using Dürr's exclusive Dowcleane Polar cleaning fluids. This new Polar technology combines the advantages of Dürr's C-Series machines with the cleaning abilities of the Hydrocarbon and Aqueous systems. Parts with complex geometry are completely cleaned and dried with vacuum technology.
