P Series Polar Cleaning

Polar technology is a new cleaning solution manufactured by Dürr. The P series uses a solvent created by Dowclene. The Dowclene 1601 and 1611 solutions are designed to cover a broad spectrum of contaminations. The new polar fluid combines the advantages of “C” systems with the cleaning abilities of hydrocarbon and aqueous processes. Parts with difficult geometry can be cleaned and dried by vacuum technology.

Compact 80P

The 80P is the first machine in the next generation of cleaning machines from Dürr. Using polar fluid, developed by Dowclene, the 80P cleans parts in a solution that is environmental friendly. All materials can be cleaned in the same machine by extending the area of application.

81P Advanced Technology

The 81P machine is the next generation of cleaning machines from Dürr. Optimized process control through monitoring and maintaining of the cleaning bath.
