W Series Aqueous Cleaning Today environmentally friendly water cleaning has taken on the most important role for the intermediate and final cleaning of parts. Water media include alkaline cleaners, neutral cleaners and acidic cleaners. They tend to be preferred if a large quantity has to be cleaned and/or fine and finest cleaning has to be carried out. EcoCell 79W

The first inline cleaning system with ultrasonic and vacuum drying – with the innovative EcoCell 79 W, Dürr Ecoclean is setting new standards in inline cleaning of single parts. Featuring a new design, each part passes through the cleaning process in vacuum tight cells. Parts are cleaned via ultrasonic vibrations and then dried under a vacuum. In addition to cleaning with Aqueous media the vacuum capability of the cells makes it possible to use hydrocarbons.

81W Universal Cleaning Machine

The versatile 81W can clean many different components. The Universal 81W cleaning system is a low-cost, highly efficient system, which can be used for a variety of cleaning applications. The 81W can be equipped with features that remove oil and emulsion from mass produced parts, but also used for fine cleaning on assembly parts. Since it is a small unit, it can operate within a smaller facility.

86W Cleaning Machine

The Dürr Ecoclean 86W uses a water-based cleaning agent. Its closed loop circulation produces minimal waste, and it is able to perform cleaning functions on par with solvent-based approaches. The Mega 86W features make it a competitive cleaning system for washing mass-produced bulk items, as well as, the ultra-fine cleaning of injection system parts or medical components.
