With this cleaning system,in a totally new design, the work pieces pass through the cleaning process in vacuum tight cells. This makes it possible for the first time to clean parts inline in the immersion process, to treat them with ultrasonic and to dry them under vacuum. In contrast to traditional flow systems, where the individual treatment steps are arranged in a line, the EcoCell cleaning cells move in a circle. The system also impresses with its extremely compact dimensions. In addition to cleaning with aqueous media, the vacuum capability of the cells makes it possible to use hydrocarbons.
