Minuteman 320 Bar Feeder

The Minuteman 320 is an Automatic Magazine style Bar Feeder designed for feeding round, square and hexagonal bar stock in lengths up to 12’, in a diameter range of 3-20 mm, into CNC lathes. The Minuteman comes equipped with a Mistubishi controller and Servo drive standard. It also features dual anti-vibration devices that stabilize the bar stock at two critical points between the guide channel and lathe spindle maximizing RPM potential. The polyurethane guide channels are reinforced with steel to increase strength and stability. If you need a quality bar feeder on a limited budget, look no farther than the Minuteman 320. Patriot 338 & 551 Bar Feeders

The Edge Technologies’ Patriot Series is a newly developed product designed specifically for the U.S. marketplace. These bar feeders are designed for automatically feeding, round, square, and hexagonal bar stock in fixed headstock and Swiss CNC lathes with stock diameter ranges of 3-38mm and 5-51mm, in lengths up to 12 feet.

The Patriot bar feeders come equipped with features such as double pushers, a dual anti-vibration bushing device, touch screen controls, quick change guide channels, and Swiss package adaptor components. Rebel 102 Servo Short Loader

The Rebel 102 Servo is a compact bar loading system for CNC lathes. With a large magazine capacity allowing for long unattended operation, the Rebel combines the advantages of auto bar loading with a small footprint and an economical price. The Rebel 102 Servo can process bars in the diameter range of 8 - 102mm and in lengths up to 1520mm(5’) on CNC lathes.
