The Rebel Servo 102 is a compact bar loading system for CNC lathes. With a large magazine capacity the Rebel provides long unattended operation. The Rebel combines the advantages of auto bar loading with a small footprint and a small price. The Rebel can process bars in the diameter range of 8mm - 102mm and in lengths up to 1520mm (5’) on machine tools.

Free Of Noise And Vibration
While processing the bar there is no contact between the material bar and the loading magazine, so whether the bar is round, square, or hexagonal, processing is possible with an optimal spindle reduction without any problems.

Programmable Bar Diameter
Automatic Bar Center height adjustment is done with the touch of a button and requires no manual labor.

Electric Operation
All electric operation, no shop air required.

Minimum Space Requirement
The compact design of the Rebel 102 loading magazine results in the minimum amount of floor space being used.

Side Loading
The storage capacity is 1000 mm (40”) deep. The inclination of the storage table can be adjusted to give the loader a “soft-load” effect.

Feed Force
Feed Force automatically set by the controller after the bar diameter is set.

Spindle Liner Access
The top section of the Rebel 102 tilts forward for easy removal and maintenance of the lathe‘s spindle liners. Axial shift feature for x-axis also aids in spindle access.
