Magazine Loaders

FMB Bar Feeders are the standard solution to handle any diameter bar stock from 2-80mm. Designed for automatic feed, they can handle round, square, and hexagonal bar stock. Each machine is designed to allow for precision with the smallest diameters. The bar pushers and guide channels are easily changeable to make quick adjustments on the fly. The guide channels are engineered to reduce noise and vibration by removing all metal on metal friction.

Micromag 0.8-18

The FMB micromag is an automatic Bar Loading Magazine for processing bar in the diameter range of 0.8 - 18 and in lengths of 4 mm, 7 mm, and 10 mm on machine tools.

Minimag 20

The FMB Minimag 18 is an automatic Bar Loading Magazine for processing bars in the diameter range of 2 - 20 mm and in lengths up to 3200 mm, 3800 mm or 4200 mm on machine tools.

Turbo 2-20

The FMB Turbo 2-18 is an automatic Bar Loading Magazine for processing bars in the diameter range of 2 - 18 mm and in lengths up to 3200, 3800 or 4200 mm on machine tools. Equipped with a swing out bar pusher, the 2-18 is 28 inches shorter than the Minimag 18.

Turbo 3-26 / 3-38

The FMB Turbo 3-26 and Turbo 3-38 Bar Feeders are designed for automatically feeding round, square and hexagonal bar material into automatic lathes. The 3-26 can handle a diameter of up to 26mm and the 3-38 up to 38mm.

Turbo 5-55

The FMB Turbo 5-55 is an automatic Bar Loading Magazine for processing bars in the diameter range of 5-55 mm and in lengths up to 3200, 3800 or 4200 mm on machine tools. Also available in a space saving 6' model.
